Invite teammates and set roles
Agentra workspaces support roles so the right people get the right access. Owners and admins manage settings. Agents focus on conversations. You decide who can change billing, AI permissions, or store actions.
Invites go to work email. Accepting an invite grants access only to that workspace.
Invite a teammate
- Open Settings → Team.
- Send an invite to their work email.
- Choose a role that matches their responsibilities.
- Ask them to accept the invite and join the workspace.
