Connect WooCommerce

WooCommerce connections give Agentra access to the store data needed for accurate support. Once connected, agents and the AI Agent can reference orders and customer details without switching tools.

Use HTTPS on your store URL and valid API credentials with least privilege.

Setup steps

1. Go to Settings → Store and choose WooCommerce.
2. Enter your store URL and generate or paste the required API credentials.
3. Save the connection and wait for the first sync to finish.
4. Verify a known order appears correctly in Agentra.

Sync expectations

Initial sync may take longer on large catalogs. New orders usually appear within a few minutes after checkout.
