Connect a custom store

If you run a custom storefront, Agentra can still work with your product, order, and customer data through a supported custom store connection. Exact fields depend on your API setup.

Work with your developer to map order IDs, customer emails, and fulfillment fields Agentra expects.

Before you start

• Have your store API base URL ready
• Prepare authenticated credentials or keys
• Confirm which order and customer fields Agentra should read
• Decide which write actions, if any, are allowed

Go live carefully

1. Connect in a staging environment if you have one.
2. Validate read-only lookups before enabling write actions.
3. Document which team member owns API key rotation.
